What types of clients do you enjoy working with most?

I love working with clients who are passionate about their craft and whose brands are yearning to convey a unique and magical experience through their visual identity online. I look for artists, creators, healers, dancers, and dreamers who have a clear vision but want someone else to handle all the heavy lifting for them.

After determining that our expectations align and that the desired aesthetic is something Elyana Studio can achieve, I am more than happy to go above-and-beyond for my clients. The initial inquiry form is crucial for both sides to see if we would be a good fit right from the start. Time is precious, and I don’t like wasting yours.

How soon can we start and long does it take to design a project?

I am taking beta clients at the moment (at a discounted price) so we can get started right away!

The timeline depends on the scope of each project. On average, designs can take up to 3 weeks (or more), depending on the complexity, how much is included in your package, and the amount of custom artwork involved. I will provide you with a timeline tailored to your needs during our consultation.

Do you offer payment plans for your services?

Yes! I understand that branding and website design are investments for your business, so I am delighted to offer payment plans to make sure you get everything you need.
 
We can break the total cost into manageable monthly installments, with payment due once a month (after an initial 50% deposit) until the balance is paid. We can discuss in further detail once we figure out exactly what you need. 

Can I have a website/social media designed without branding?

Long story short, no. Branding is an essential foundation that acts as my compass when making decisions about all designs I do. Without designated logos, illustrations, color palettes, font pairings (and so much more involved in branding) I wouldn’t be able to create a cohesive design, let alone a creative one.

As long as the branding has been done by a branding studio/designer and is: clear, indicates the desired style, and has all the elements available for us to use (fonts, illustrations, etc.), I can go straight into designing. Otherwise, I am more than happy to create a STUNNING branding suite for you.

Is copywriting included in the website design process?

No, it is not. I include some generic filler paragraphs within the design sections to give you an idea of the final look. You can fill in your own copywriting after your project is delivered to you, OR, if you’ve hired a professional copywriter, I can certainly work with them. 

How many revisions do I get during the design process?

If you choose the branding package, I will work closely with you to figure out your exact aesthetic vision for your business. I will go over your mood boards, inspiration photos, and much more. This is the part of the process where we will have the most back and forth communication, and you can convey the exact emotions and vibes you want to receive.

Once the branding process is done, I take the reins and create the preliminary sections of your designs (i.e. the homepage of your website or a social media template), get your approval, then hit the accelerator. You’ll get the grand reveal at the end. This helps me make sure everything is perfect, and ensures you don’t get decision fatigue with constant revisions.

Can I update my website on my own after it’s designed?

Of course! I design websites with user-friendliness in mind, and I offer training on how to manage and update your site once your site has been delivered.
